As a member of trees10p.com you contribute 1 UNIT per month for just 10p! trees10p.com adds your UNIT to another 119 members' units. Groups of 120 members are formed by trees10p.com. Trees are planted for each Group every month from their 'pot' of UNITS Simple as that! The more UNITs you acquire, the more groups are formed! For example, if you purchase 3 UNITS then you will have 1 UNIT in three separate groups. Hence you will have generated 3 Groups. At trees10p.com we gather support from individuals like yourself, bring together whatever contributions possible and enable plantations all over the world. Please realize that each of us can make a difference, whether it be small [lots of small become large!] or large. At trees10p.com we bring together lots and lots of 'smalls' = lots of 'larges'! How do you do this? We do this simply by asking you to become a member [or by gifting your family and friends our special gifts]. Each member contributes one UNIT, costs just 10p, per month. This UNIT will be pooled together with another 119 members forming a group of 120 UNITS. trees10p.com will purchase as many trees as possible for the group and have them planted and maintained for life. Be very clear and proud of every UNIT that is going into your Pot. To become a member all you have to do is:
SPECIAL OCCASIONSWe must use every opportunity and any excuse to plant as many trees as possible. Below are some opportunities that we, at trees10p.com, offer to everyone and would encourable you to make full use of.During times of celebrations we like to bestow gifts that will have special meaning to the receiver, may it be friends or family. It is also the time when many of us find it hard to find a present that the receiver does not already possess! Now we can satisfy the "specialness" and our conscious by gifting for SPECIAL OCCASIONS from one of the following.
There is a minimum order of £10 for each of the Special Occasions Gifts. For this minimum amount the planting of atleast 10 trees will be personally dedicated to the 'Recepient' named by the donor. trees10p.com's Official Certificate will be electronically sent to the 'Recepient'.

We all buy flowers and wreaths to comfort the family of the dearly departed. Planting trees is healing to the family left behind AND to the climate left behind. Trees would comfort the family for many years to come, where as the cut flowers will only last a short while. The family will have a framed certificate to remind them of the trees which are flourishing and providing habitat for hundreds of creatures AND helping the climate which we all depend upon. When I asked my 10 year old daughter what (flowers) she wanted to give to the family of her beloved uncle (Bhavan Masa) who had passed away, she replied that she wanted to plant a tree in his memory. She even collected an acorn, during our walk in the woods, to germinate and plant. Marking the end of one valuable life with the beginning of another life, a tree; which will give its many fold blessings to this world for centuries to come. What an incredible dedication on behalf of the departed! Just Imagine: My daughter and I began to imagine how many trees would be planted if everyone had dedicated their funeral flowers budget to having trees planted instead! We realised that the families would be even more touched to know that instead of presenting cut flowers we had planted numerous trees. To know that the death of their beloved has given something very valuable to this world - hundreds (may be thousands) of trees! We thought that many people would be grateful to share in this 'knew found knowledge' and hence we set about starting up a project to encourage and make tree planting a real alternative to buying flowers for funerals. Flowers brought for a funeral can have a very short life and very short lived effect, too. The same expenses, which are spent on such flowers, could be used to have a much more greater effect. It can be used to have a effect that lasts for hundreds of years and provide benefits for hundreds of life forms - let alone benefiting our own future generations' very survival! This is also known as the Bhavan Project.
