The Story So Far!

You would think it logical that the least we can do is stop further damage to the climate if we know possible consequences. In a perfect world, that is exactly what would have been done! But not everyone is willing or able to do that as yet.

There are two things which are damaging the climate: excessive carbon emissions and deforestation.

As the vast emission of carbon into the atmosphere is causing damage to our climate, we must all do all we can to reduce emitting carbon into the atmosphere to absolute minimum. This we will have to do as individuals, as communities and as nations.

The other part of the solution is to repair the atmosphere by reabsorbing the excessive carbon emissions back into biosphere. This task is performed by world's forests and seas.

Much damage is blamed on the destruction of much needed forests around the globe. Again in a perfect world one would stop cutting down these forests, but, again, unfortunately this is not something that the 'destroyers of forests' are able to do - for reasons best known to themselves.

If they were planting back enough trees to counter effect their actions on the atmosphere then it would be good. The fact is they don't. Much noble work is being done by countless people to pressurize these companies into the right direction and we at trees10p.com salute these silent workers.

There are many individuals and organisations who are doing their very best to plant trees around the world. Clearly, this not the job of a few individuals or groups. The need so great that it is going to take all off pulling together and do what ever we can. Trees10p.com urges everyone to do all the three things required to safeguard the future.
